Description
Our tungsten flux (granules) is made by breaking forged tungsten parts, instead of coarse tungsten powder or sintered tungsten powder. It has low oxygen content just as other shaped tungsten parts, the purity is higher than regular tungsten powder when oxygen is deemed as impurity.

Tungsten metal parts
Process difference of our flux: Sintered tungsten block—Repeatedly forging—Machining—Custom parts —Recycling used parts (guarantee no other impurities are introduced during using)—repeatedly breaking to granules.
W flux, also named as W accelerator, is mostly used as tungsten flux when the usage requires a low oxygen content and other gas elements content. It is used as the flux during the combustion process of high frequency furnace in the analysis of infrared carbon and sulfur, as well as in the analysis and measurement of carbon and sulfur in metals like iron, steel and alloys and non-metallic materials.
